I moved from pipex when they "upgraded" their "service"
and I have been well pleased - just like the other reviewers.
Had a small problem to start with which they quickly resolved - and reassured my mac trepidations as well.

| For once this is an ISP that is as good as the reviews. I left Pipex because of limits on their "unlimited" accounts and went with rural based primarily on the reviews and visits to the site.
They really are the best ISP I have come across. Quick to help, fast and reliable connection, no hidden limitations and a handy control panel give this a ten rating.
I joined here because I wanted to recommend them, having tried others I know finding a good provider can be difficult so now I`ve found one I want to let everyone else know about them.

| I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone, the service is brilliant, the tech support is second to none (and it is tech support they know their stuff), but more importantly if there is a problem, in my case a dodgy internal phone connection, not only did they help to sort out the problem but they really cared that I was happy with the service... A model for all other ISP's, I won't be moving again and have recommended them to friends and family... and on top of that the cost is very reasonable, what more can I say... |
